Position: Recruitment Consultant/ Executive Consultant/ Recruiter (HR/ Sales)

 

Location: East (Tampines), Singapore

 

Working hours: 9.00 to 6.00.PM/ Monday to Friday

 

Salary/ Benefits:

  • Basic salary up to S$3,500 (Commensurate with experience)

  • Every quarter basic salary increment of $200*

  • Highly paid commission scheme (FIXED - 30%)

  • Monthly TOP Biller awards (S$500, S$300 & S$100 x 3 Cash)

Duration: Permanent role

 

Responsibilities:

  • Telemarketing, business development to identify and develop strong clients’ accounts, both new and existing business to achieve sales targets

  • Problem-solving and responsible to serve with urgency and commitment to support and fulfil clients and candidates needs

  • Conduct database and online search to match, Interview, assessing and placing the right staff to meet customers' hiring needs diligently.

  • Handle all administrative duties including typing of resumes, etc. and management reporting efficiently.

  • Resourceful, multi-tasking and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of work experience in Sales preferred but not a must

  • Maturity and commitment to work hard with a “never-say-die” attitude

  • A sales-oriented & service driven personality and willingness to go the extra mile for customers

  • Ability to work independently with a high level of motivation and service mindset

  • A fast-learner, energetic, resourceful, focused & responsible individual

  • Possess excellent communication and written skills in English

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
